Private pilot
Terms of use
ClientSupply is operated by Leveriano Habiyambere, ABN 99 286 419 439. By creating an account, accepting an invitation or using ClientSupply, you agree to use the service only for an authorised Australian service-business workflow and to follow these terms.
What ClientSupply provides
ClientSupply helps small service teams capture enquiries and missed calls, manage customers, jobs, actions, quotes and progress, and see work requiring attention. It does not promise leads, bookings, revenue, payment collection, uptime or any particular business result.
Accounts and workspace responsibility
You must provide accurate account information, control the email used for the account and keep your password and sign-in links confidential. Owners are responsible for inviting the right people, selecting appropriate roles and removing access when it is no longer needed. Managers and staff receive only the authority granted by the server and their workspace membership.
Do not share passwords, MFA codes or invitation links. Tell ClientSupply promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Customer information
Your business is responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of customer, contact and job information entered into ClientSupply. Do not enter health records, government identifiers, payment-card data, bank details or other sensitive information outside the product scope. See the Privacy notice for information-handling details.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt unauthorised access, bypass role or tenant controls, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, impersonate another person or business, or use ClientSupply for unlawful or unsafe activity. ClientSupply may investigate and restrict activity that threatens customers, the service or its providers.
Private-pilot access and billing
This service is for private-pilot evaluation. It does not publish permanent pricing and does not charge live payment methods. Stripe TEST may be used for controlled commercial testing. Any future paid arrangement, price, tax treatment, cancellation terms or service commitment must be agreed separately after legal and business review.
Availability and external providers
Hosting, database, email and payment-test providers support parts of the service. The service may be unavailable, changed or limited by configuration and provider incidents. No uninterrupted or error-free availability is promised.
Suspension and closure
ClientSupply may suspend access when an account is unsafe, unlawful, misused, unpaid under a separately agreed arrangement, or outside the approved pilot. You may ask the owner or support channel to close an account or workspace. Closure, deletion, retention and backup expiry are separate decisions and will be handled through the documented privacy request process.
Intellectual property
ClientSupply owns or is authorised to use the ClientSupply interface, code, documentation and branding. You retain responsibility for and appropriate rights to information your business enters.
Consumer rights and legal review
Nothing in these terms excludes a right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation, disclaimer, jurisdiction, pricing or data-processing position that depends on current law remains subject to independent legal review. This page is not legal advice.
